About

Dr. Barkha Khurana is an accomplished academic leader with over 18 years of experience in academics and research. She earned her Ph.D. in Physiotherapy and Healthcare Management from Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur, in 2020. Her research focuses on Artificial Intelligence applications in healthcare, particularly in Neuroinformatics and Neuropathic Pain. She has also led a machine learning–based capstone project for detecting the severity of diabetic retinopathy using fundus images. Dr. Khurana has edited 13 books and published 18 research papers in reputed journals.
