About
Mr. Aditya Raj Sharma joined the School of Design at DIT University as an Assistant Professor in July 2025. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, an M.Des, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Design, focusing on ergonomic design, cognitive workload, and user performance in high-demand environments. Previously, he served as a Teaching cum Research Assistant at PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur (2019–2024), where he taught Applied Ergonomics, Visual Ergonomics, Cognitive Ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction, and Design Research Methods to B.Des and M.Des students.
