Rakesh Nath joined the School of Design as an Assistant Professor III in October 2025. He received his Master of Design in Multimedia and Communication Design from the Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar, and a Bachelor of Vocation in Animation and Graphic Design from Sualkuchi Budram Madhab Satradhikar College, under Gauhati University. He also holds a degree in Fine Arts (Painting) from Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh.
