His current research focuses on developing novel materials from waste for various engineering applications. Mr. Kumar has published numerous research articles in reputable journals and has presented his work at various national and international conferences. For his extraordinary contributions to furthering knowledge via both his research and his dedication to educating and mentoring students, Mr. Kumar has received awards, including Excellence in Research and Best Paper award. Mr. Kumar is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
