Dr Pankaj Kumar is working as Assistant Professor (HR/OB) in the School of Liberal Arts & Management, Department of Management Studies, DIT University, Dehradun, since July 2018. He received his PhD from Goa Business School, Goa University, Goa (India) in the area of Performance Management System of Small and Medium Manufacturing sector. He also qualified UGC-JRF & NET for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2011 and National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship in 2009. He has gained various certification courses from various platforms such as Edx, Coursera, Microsoft and NPTEL.
