Dr. Reetika Sehgal is working as Assistant Professor (HR/OB) in the Department of Management Studies, DIT University, Dehradun, since January 2025. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Her research area includes Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Consumer Behavior, General Management and Public Administration. She has over 12 years of teaching experience at graduate and post-graduate levels. She has published several research papers in international and national journals.
